Checking MP4 support in this browser…
Make a video from an MP3
Select an MP3 from your device and listen to the preview. MP3 is a compressed audio format, so a smaller file can be convenient when making a video of a finished demo. The visualizer does not improve the original recording’s quality: use a clean source and check that its beginning and ending are correct. Your track is read in the browser and is not uploaded for rendering.
Which formats this tool accepts
Select MP3, WAV, AAC or M4A audio that this browser can decode. The free workflow accepts one mono or stereo track up to six minutes and 50 MB, at 44.1 or 48 kHz. All supported inputs share twelve visual styles and three output ratios: landscape 1280 × 720, portrait 720 × 1280, or square 720 × 720. Your browser must encode H.264 video and AAC audio; test a short clip when using a device for the first time.
WAV visualizer
WAV can preserve an uncompressed mix from your music software. It is also larger than MP3, so check the file size before selecting a long recording. Use a mono or stereo WAV at 44.1 or 48 kHz. If it exceeds the 50 MB limit, export a shorter excerpt or a suitable MP3 from your audio editor. Both formats use the same visual styles and output options here; you do not need a different tool for WAV.
What the free export includes
Your free export includes a 720p MP4 with your chosen visual style, soundtrack, title and MakeVisualizer watermark. Downloads are for personal use, and you must hold the necessary music rights. Play the saved file from the beginning, inspect a section near the end, and check the audio, title, watermark and framing. Sign in to buy credits or Pro for watermark-free 1080p exports and commercial use. See pricing for current plans and availability. There is no batch export or cloud project storage.
For a format-independent guide, use audio to video. Add manually timed words with the lyric video generator, or return to the audio visualizer guide.
