1. Who provides the service
MakeVisualizer is operated by Chen Wenjian, an individual operating in China. These terms cover the website, browser-based video exports and optional AI tools. You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of legal majority where you live, and have authority to purchase for yourself or your organization.
By creating an account, making a purchase or using MakeVisualizer, you agree to these Terms and the linked Refund and Acceptable Use Policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your information. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Keep your Google account secure, provide accurate account and billing information, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to our support email. Do not share your login or sell access to your account.
2. What the plans include
Free exports are 720p MP4 with a MakeVisualizer watermark, for personal, non-commercial use. The US$9 pack provides 100 unified credits. Each single-track 1080p video export without a watermark costs 30 credits and permits commercial use of eligible output. Four-track audio separation costs 5 credits per minute, rounded up separately for each submitted track. For example, 3 minutes costs 15 credits and 3 minutes 1 second costs 20. Credits expire one calendar year after verified payment; the earliest-expiring credits are used first. Re-downloading the same available result costs no additional credits. Failed or canceled tasks return reserved credits once their status is confirmed; unknown requests are reconciled before another charge.
The US$29 one-time lifetime plan provides ongoing account access to the v1 single-track 1080p export feature without a watermark and includes commercial use of eligible output, plus a one-time gift of 100 unified credits valid for one year after payment. Pro video exports do not spend credits. AI separation always uses credits or the limited free trial; Pro does not include unlimited AI or recurring credit grants. Normal use has no monthly or lifetime export-count cap. “Lifetime” refers to the operating lifetime of this service and this purchased v1 feature, not a guarantee that the website will operate forever. We will not impose hidden export quotas or remove purchased functionality merely to require another payment.
Both paid plans support one track at a time, up to six minutes and 50 MiB, at 1080p maximum. They exclude batch exports, longer tracks, 4K, cloud video rendering and storage. Four-track separation is a separate credit-consuming task, accepts up to 4 MB and six minutes, and is subject to daily availability and temporary output retention. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals or automatic credit purchases. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes and the final charge appear before payment.
3. Payment and delivery
MakeVisualizer is a digitally delivered software service. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for checkout, tax, receipts and payment processing. Each purchase authorizes only the one-time amount shown at checkout, not future automatic charges. Payment details are entered on its checkout; we do not receive your full card number or security code. Paid access activates only after we verify the payment notification. Returning from checkout alone does not activate access. Use the same Google account for purchase and export. If payment is charged but access is missing, contact us with your order reference before paying again.
Exports are generated on your device. Keep the page open and download the completed file; we do not offer cloud file storage or recovery of your local project. Try the free export with your browser and audio before purchasing. Device storage, memory, codec support and source-file compatibility can affect export success.
4. Your content and commercial use
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You must have permission to use your audio, artwork, names and other materials. Local visualizer files remain in your browser for rendering. When you choose an AI tool, you authorize transmission of the necessary input to the providers disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
Credit-funded video exports and the Pro plan permit commercial use of your exported videos and the MakeVisualizer template elements included in them, including monetized channels, advertising and client delivery. It does not license third-party music, artwork, trademarks or other content you supply. Do not resell or distribute our templates or software as standalone products. AI suggestions may be inaccurate or similar to existing works; review them and check any title before release. No automatic copyright clearance or lyric alignment is provided.
Optional song suggestions use gpt-5-nano through APIMart. Transcription uses Groq whisper-large-v3-turbo, with gpt-4o-mini-transcribe through APIMart as a fallback. These are third-party services, not MakeVisualizer models or endorsements. Their availability can affect optional AI tools. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process and transmit your submitted input only to provide the requested feature. We do not use your input to train our own models; provider processing is described in our Privacy Policy. As between you and us, we claim no ownership in your AI suggestions or transcripts. This does not guarantee copyright, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights. AI output is not professional advice.
5. Fair use and availability
Do not bypass payment checks, share or resell account access, automate abusive requests, distribute unlawful content or interfere with other users. See our Acceptable Use Policy. Published technical limits and proportionate security controls apply; they are not hidden paid-export quotas. Optional free AI tools have request and shared-budget limits and may pause without affecting your purchased export rights.
6. Refunds, suspension and closure
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if that purchase has not been used for a successful paid export. Failed or cancelled exports do not count as successful use. Product faults and statutory rights are addressed separately in that policy. A refund revokes the corresponding purchased entitlement or freezes the refunded credit batch. Partial refunds and payment disputes may pause new Pro exports while we reconcile the account. We may suspend access for a material breach or a credible payment/security issue, with an opportunity to contact support and resolve it when appropriate.
If we permanently discontinue purchased functionality for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will give reasonable notice where possible and explain applicable remedies, including refunds required by law. To close your account, email support from your registered address. We will explain the impact on unused credits and purchased access before completing closure. Closure alone does not create an additional refund right or extend credit expiry; any refund and mandatory rights remain governed by the Refund Policy. Closing your account does not erase records we must retain for payments, security or legal obligations.
7. Responsibility and changes
We will use reasonable care to provide the described service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or the accuracy of AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot be limited. Material changes will be announced on this website at least 14 days before taking effect, with email notice to affected account holders where appropriate. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner with an explanation. We will not retroactively reduce an existing paid purchase without a lawful basis and applicable remedies.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Contact support first if you wish to resolve a billing or service dispute; this does not restrict your right to contact Waffo, your bank, a regulator or a competent court. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of consumer protections is imposed by these Terms.
